   My granddaughter’s tricycle was left behind her mother’s car. With small children toys can be just about anywhere, so as adults we need to look before we leave! At first I was just going to go to the local hardware store and hope there was some sort of tire about the same size. However, since I had purchased the tricycle from Amazon, and it was a “name brand” I did a search again on Amazon and found the tire made for this tricycle! I thought the price was a little high, a third of what the whole tricycle sells for, but it fit perfectly and took grandpa only 10 minutes to make the bike as good as new!

   Had to replace a wheel on a neighbor childs tricycle I partly ran over. It was super easy to replace. Pull off red cap, and I had to cut off the old retaining clip with a heavy wire cutter. The new wheel was a different color than the original. There may be color choices but I didn’t look into that, just wanted to fix the kids tricycle. After getting the old one off the new clip and cap that came with the wheel went on easy with a few light taps with a hammer. Wheel spins great an the kid doesn’t look like he’s riding a bucking bronco anymore with one servery wheel.

   I accidentally ran over my daughter’s trike with the van and the back wheel was the only casualty. So many tears. We found this replacement, had it in two days, and I popped it on in less than five minutes. That’s one happy three year old!

   Removal of the bent wheel ( it was backed into by grandpa’s car) was straight forward as well as attaching the new one.

   Replaced one back wheel because it was bent when my 16 year old ran over it. I was passing the tricycle down to my nephew. Fairly easy to install. The cost to replace one wheel was half the cost of a new radio flyer tricycle. I still purchased the wheel to keep the tricycle for sentimental reasons!

   This is the part I needed so I had to pay the price they wanted, which seemed a bit high for what it was. All in all the product is the real deal, it works, and my daughter loves it. So it’s a win!
