As a third time buyer of these shoes, here are a few tips and reviews of these shoes.1) BUY THEM A SIZE DOWN- I wear a my first pairs were a 9 and my 2nd was a 8 1/2 and 3rd pair are 8s. Yes, they might be too tight in the beginning, but TRUST ME and size down. They stretch an unbelievable amount, to the point where my foot almost slipped out of my 1st and 2nd pair after I wore them for 8-9 months.2) DONT BUY UNTIL UR COMFORTABLE SPINNING – The shoes that most spin studios have will have delta clips shoes, which are much bigger than the SPD clip that tiems use. If you do not have the strength and balance already built up, donβt buy these shoes. They donβt have much support, but when you feel comfortable enough to wear them, they are so lightweight and freeing when you are riding.3) If you purchase the shoes and screw in your SPD clips on your own, PLZ make sure that they are tailored for your feet and that they are straight. If you knees feel like they are leaning one way or another, they are not fit for you and you can seriously hurt yourself. My first ones were not and as a 21 year old, I was having knee pain of my 86 year old grandma. If you need help, studios or REI can help you screw them to your needs.4) if youβre on the fence, buy them. Overall, I absolutely love mine (hence why Iβve bought three pairs over the last 3 years) and delta clip shoes feel so bulky and restricting after wearing TIEMS for so long. They have lasted me for about a year and a few months each. Totally worth the investment, just make sure you are ready for the clip change.

Got these after injuring my foot probably using an unsupportive shoe on a gym bike. Was in a boot then a post-surgery shoe, but got tired of removing it to drive. Sooo tried on bike shoes to finish off my recovery. These are designed perfectly for me. The support is excellent. Not just the bottom of the foot but they fit nice and snugly to offer support all the way through the midsection across the top and sides. Now I not only use them for the bike, but also for the weight class, because the support they provide makes squats and deadlifts so much better too. I havenβt tried them with clips yet, but I love how they have the traction too. I had to buy more, because Iβve never had a shoe that felt so good and enhanced my workout so well. Donβt be put-off if they feel snug going in, because once on, they are beyond comfortable. Love them! Cheers!

I ride a recumbent trike so my needs are slightly different. Support and all that isn’t an issue but the fit is. Plus I have say that it’s hard to accurately comment on the sizing because everyone’s feet are different. I usually wear a 7 1/2 so to be on the safe side, I ordered both a 7 1/2 and an 8. The smaller size was a little too small. The 8 gave me a little more room which is important when one’s feet start to swell in the heat. I was able to break the shoes in by wearing thick sock and ended up with the exact fit I needed. My shoes got dirty on the first ride because they’re white but white will be cooler during the summer months.

I was a little hesitant to buy these because of the price. Iβm just starting out with spin and while I like it I wasnβt at the point where I thought I would invest over a hundred dollars on a pair of shoes. But after some coaxes from a friend, I am soo happy I invested in these shoes! They are comfortable easy to adjust, and they make a huge difference in my work out! There was a little bit of a learning curve to get them locked onto my bike but I feel that had more to do with the user than the shoes themselves.

I purchased these about 2 months ago , I think it was Aug/Sept 2022. Great shoes for my spin classes at Crunch Gym. Very comfortable , easy to slip in and out, and can walk on floor with these. The fit is perfect , 9.5 for me. I definitely would buy these again. The Cleats you have to buy separately…I also purchased from Amazon. Shimao SM-SH51 SPD with 4mm Allen wrench. These cleats are also a perfect fit for these shoes.

Pros: This shoe comes in actual (US) half sizes! Of the 20+ spin shoes I looked at, it was the only one. It was the most accurate shoe in length that I tried. The sole is great for walking in, which makes them great for spin class: you can walk across the gym floor without falling down. The heal does not slip. The knit fabric makes the shoes as comfortable as your gym shoes. They also seem to be made well. They are nice looking.Cons: The shoe is one piece (no tongue). It is a very snug fit, which is good for keeping the shoe in place while cycling. However, it is so snug that it actually puts my feet to sleep and causes pain. This is because I have high insteps. I have friends who have this shoe, and they have no problem. They love their shoes. Also, there is no arch support . Inserting an arch support just makes the tight instep tighter. So, if you have high insteps, need arch support, or if you have wide feet you won’t be able to wear these shoes.

I waited weeks to make a decision on these shoes. Just buy them already! They are true to size- but snug when you first get them. Theyβll break in just fine.

I normally wear an 8.5 and I purchased an 8.5, they fit so good! They were worth the money spent.
