The Speedframe MIPS is a good helmet, looks good, is relatively comfortable despite the minimalistic padding, and has great ventilation. I’ve never had any problems even on day-long rides. It also comes in different shell sizes – as opposed to “universal” size, like the GIRO Fixture – which means it will look proportionate even on smaller heads. One less star for the following reasons:1. Expensive. You can buy an entry-level, full-face motocross helmet at this price.2. Internal labels are not waterproof, and eventually peel off3. FOX side decals are delicate, we have 3 Speedframes at home, all pretty recent, and 2 show decal damage in the very same spot (see photos).

Seller was great! Very comfortable (got medium) and also has awesome ventilation. I love the attention to detail for the ears! I hate how other helmets come to the V, POC and Fox are the only ones that I know of that pay attention to that detail and go with a U shape! 4.5 stars on value for the product itself, as I still feel safety shouldn’t cost this much, but their attention to detail kind of makes up for it.

Hubby bikes and he loves this helmet. Uses it 3-4 times a week. Worth the money!

I was soo excited but ended up some what dissapointed with the fit. I did order a Large but it fit tight on the sides. (somewhat a tad narrow?) And yes I did adjust the nob on the back but still tight on the sides of the helmet. I will keep it since there is no XL size.

Fit well, easily adjustable, somehow makes sweat not drip directly in your face

I love the fact that it has mips, spare set of inner pads and the quality is great. It just runs a little bigger than other helmets I’ve had in the same size.

It had a a good fit but I felt that it just didnβt cover enough of the back of my headI got the poc tectal instead for almost the same price because it was used and in good condition

Itβs an ordinary mtb helmet – nothing special, really. Visor adjusts but sort of unnecessarily since why have a visor that goes way up if you donβt have goggles to store? The color is pale and rather drab compared to some blues.I ordered this color in a medium and it fits pretty well, but is a little tight in the forehead. My head is 59cm long and narrow so right in the middle of medium and large and I have trouble with helmets. The large version is too big.
