Pros: These shoes have a tongue, instead of large elastic which means they work well for high insteps. Overall good fit. They fit my 9 1/2 feet well: which is hard to find in cycling shoes.Cons: The soles are a hard plastic (not rubber) and are very slippery on floor surfaces. This might be fine for road shoes, but a deal breaker for spin shoes. I had to return them

Let’s start off with the negative real quick. I wish that they had more ‘normal shoe’ sizes. For reference, I usually wear an athletic shoe in size 8; cycling shoes tend to run small/narrow so let’s call that an 8.5. For this Shimano shoe, I bought the “7.5-8 Women’s” size and the “8.5-9 Women’s” size. The smaller size was just barely too small – it was so close to being a perfect fit but it was JUST too tight to be comfortable. The larger size fits more nicely but has a little too much space for my toes, though I decided to keep this size. If, like me, you tend to be in between sizes, I’d recommend ordering both to try. That being said, I feel like these cycling shoes look really nice, they feel really comfortable, and are easy to slip on and off whenever you starting or done with your workout. Really looking forward to seeing how these hold up long term!

Very nice shoe for the money

fantastic value, easily adjustable with velcro straps. You will need the clips to attach shoe to pedal, but we already had some so it took maybe 3 minutes to fix those on and I was ready to roll.

Very Good product for the price

The front half of the shoe is a little wide for narrow feet. The strap is helpful in making the shoe fit, but the front half bunches up a bit around my foot. That said, they are fine shoes, Iβm using a Look Kep cleat. The sole is very stiff, exactly what one needs with a road bike shoe. I wear them inside on the trainer and out on the road. They are not designed to be walkable. They feel lightweight and comfortable while pedaling. Not the very best in cycling shoes, but nothing bad about them.
