Pros:-No more chain slap!-Easy to install-Thick padding-Cool design and look-Good Price (I payed $13 USD)Cons:-Not sure how long it will last. Hopefully after a year the velcro will still hold, if not I’ll just add some zip ties to it.-It might saturate oil/mud because it feels like it’s made from a spongey material.-Price fluctuates. I first saw it and I believe it was $29 usd. I saved it and weeks later the price dropped to $13 and that’s when I bought it. It’s currently priced at $20.Overall if you buy it at a low price it looks like it will be a good buy.

I bought this to go one my 2021 Surly Karate Monkey. I was concerned about fit because the chain stays on most steel bikes are narrower than carbon or aluminum bike. However this protector fit perfectly. I was able to get a nice tight wrap and it stays in place. It also looks so good. Its well worth the price and provides excellent protection plus it looks better and is way easier to install than an old tube or mastic tape.

I bought the regular for my 2021 Trek Roscoe 7 and should have gone up a size. It fits but just barely and the velcro is not quite tight all the way around as I had to stretch the ends a little. Like the product though.
