The media could not be loaded. Β Like an over bearing mother, these pedals are here to stay! They work very well with my 5Ten riding flats. I’m not used to the lack of ability to move my feet while riding! While I do appreciate the ease by which I could adjust my feet while in town riding, that was afforded to me by my old pedals I absolutely love the security that the Chester Race Faces provide while ofroading. In the box, I got one right and one left pedal. The are discretely marked with “L” and “R” respectively, indicating which side they are to be mounted on.I wanted to order from my LBS rather than Amazon, however their supplier, DC (Discontinued) this model in the color I wanted.Installs with metric tools. The studs are secure. And like possum, red is awesome!

This is nearly the raceface affectβs equal, and they cost a hundred dollars less. You canβt get a better pedal on the market for the price. They can take a hard ride, and keep spinninβ.

Awesome pedals, grip onto whatever you are wearing. I ride with Vans and these things grip on and don’t let go. Have had them dig into my shin a couple of times and they can do some damage but its the price I am willing to pay to make sure my feet stay planted. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I love the color! These are sold pedals. I have them in both bikes and ride trails with jumps constantly.

These have been around and all the good reviews have been written. Go read those first. My review is just to report that these lived up to what I expected.Yeah, there’s cheaper knock-offs, but the price-delta isn’t life-changing money, so why not buy the name-brand I figure. Or, maybe RF is also a knock-off of some much more exotic/expensive pedal I don’t know about b/c I won’t spend more than these pedals cost? Hmmm.At any rate, you’re getting what you pay for here… solid pedals that to a ‘mere XC’er like myself are bomb-proof in all likelihood. If you’re a sendy-dude, maybe these aren’t tough-enough?.. no idea.Docked a single-star for ‘weight’ if only b/c I’m 100% sure lighter pedals exist. IMHO, not really the point of pedals like these, but hey… there it is.I expect these pedals could be the last ones I buy for years to come so long as I don’t destroy one by accident in some kind of freak accident that is the result of accidentally accidenting when I should’ve been … some-new-conjugation-indicating-not-accident-goes-here’ing. Actuating. Articulating. Aglrabphabulating. Whatever.

I was trying to get these pedals to match the wifeβs bike, but theyβre not as βpinkβ as they look in the pictures. Great pedals, but when youβre trying to color match, just be aware theyβre not PINK pink, more magenta.

Worth the extra $20, over ones that look identical. You get what you pay for with the Chester.THIS UPGRADE WILL HAVE A VERY HIGH IMPACT!…flat pedals are ideal for mountain bikes, don’t consider clips – of any kind.
