Im giving it a 4 star for the quality and function. The reason not a full 5 star review in just a bit.Im an avid cyclist, few thousand miles each year. im not terribly hard on riding gear and a good set of sunglasses is a must wear i live. lots of sun and heat almost year round. decided to check these out for the price point.Pros – good quality, no issues so far, nice clear lenses, no distortions, clean easily and they seem to shed water very nicely. Great fit, no pinching or binding, no pressure points i feel while wearing. very nice carrying case and cleaning cloth. great range of lenses for varied light conditions of ridingCons – you can notice the frame in your field of view a little bit in the lower corners. its okay, i can work with it. now the really reason for not giving 5 stars…Holy cow…. terrible odor out of the package! I figured must be the packaging so i washed them and then off i went on my ride. First ride at the end of 27 miles, i may have a had a little headache from the odor. it was bad. Sweat from the ride was stinging my eyes more than normally. i suspect it was mixing with something on the frames and dripping into my eyes. a month later it a little bit better. but whoa…odor is still there . I wash these regularly and it is not seeming to go away that quickly. going to give it a few more washes and see if it goes away. if not, i’ll be shopping again.

These glasses are pretty sick. Theyβre lightweight, comfortable, never break and Iβve put them through all sorts of stressful situations. Left them on the roof of my Jeep the other day and heard something rattle across my roof as I was getting on the freeway. Even if they were run over I bet theyβre still totally fine and would be comfortable to wear, alas I never saw them again. Got to my destination and ordered a replacement pair.My first pair I didnβt utilize the case/extra lenses/sunglass wipe, but this second pair Iβve been switching out the lenses and they all work great for what theyβre intended for. At $20 Iβve considered buying a second pair just so I donβt need to swap lenses as much. Itβs not difficult to swap lenses but itβs also not easy. I enjoy using the polarized lenses for fishing/hiking but they make my phone screen look weird when Iβm navigating via iPhone. Obviously not the productβs fault, just the nature of polarized lenses. I enjoy being able to switch back and forth depending on what Iβm doing. I tried the night driving lenses and theyβre pretty cool too.If I had to make a complaint, I donβt know why the arms are detachable. I think itβs just so you can put black arms on instead of neon yellow, but my hair covers the arms anyways so Iβll never switch them out. They come unhinged more often than Iβd like. Easy to snap back together again but itβs a pain in the butt when youβre just trying to throw the glasses on your face. I keep telling myself Iβm going to super glue the arms on and solve this issue, maybe Iβll do that tonight.

I mountain bike and these work great. The ability to change lenses is really nice so that if it is cloudy out and I still want eye protection I can just use the clear or yellow lenses still be able to see. They wrap around your head instead of holding onto the back of your ears which is nice so that they stay on and can work with a bike helmet. Overall these are some really good for the price sunglasses even without all of the extra lenses and pieces that come with it.

I haven’t actually tried them on a bike ride yet, but they feel very comfortable when I put them on, including the nose bridge area. Also, the ventilation appears to be adequate due to the fact that they do not fit snugly against my face. I view that as a good thing because, without ventilation. they will tend to fog up. The lenses are large enough that I’m pretty confident that wind protection will be quite adequate. For some reason, only the darkest of the three lenses is polarized, but that doesn’t matter to me. For cycling and general use, I’d actually prefer for them to not be polarized because polarized lenses black out some electronic displays. I plan to use the clear lens most of the time anyway.I broke my previous pair of cycling glasses while doing yard work and these glasses are exactly what I was looking for as a replacement. In fact, they might be better, and the price is reasonable.
