   I have been a Smith Optics wearer for my entire life. I started wearing them 22 years ago when I first started riding motocross bikes. I continued to wear multiple different models and styles as i grew older and continued to race motocross, so I am a customer that will always spend the money to have what I would consider as the best goggles on the market. I purchased these goggles to wear at downhill mountain bike parks while wearing a full face helmet. I purchased the XL version because I am a large person and need the size. The goggles fit perfectly inside my helmet. The snug fit is exactly what I was expecting. The vision the goggles provide are the absolute best when it comes to performance. There is no glare with the Chromapop lens, and all the obstacle in front of you just pop out and are extremely easy to see. My issue as to why I gave these a 3 star is the foam padding. It is very thin and very uncomfortable. I wore these goggles for three days in a row dripping in sweat. By the end of the first day I was noticing irritation on the right side of my face where the foam presses up against my cheek. This continued for the nest two days while I was riding. Yes it was bearable, but for $85 this is an absolute joke. The frame is flimsy at best, and the lens doesn’t even fit flush inside the frame, with small gaps around the edges. I am extremely disappointing in the finish of these goggles. If they didn’t fit my helmet correctly and didn’t provide such clear vision they would be getting a 1 star rating. I will be searching for other options of goggles when it comes time to purchase a new pair unless Smith fixes their padding and gives us something to work with for the absolute premium goggle price of $85.I would only recommend if you have extra money to blow that you don’t care about. Otherwise I would try a different brand. Yes you get immaculate vision from these goggles, but the finish and design of these goggles is extremely sub-par for $85. absolutely overpriced. $60 is the most I would spend on these.

   I have a round asian face and wear a size 8 1/4 size baseball cap. I wish the bend in the goggles was a little flatter for my face, but once I have my open face helmet on, and put the goggles over, it works well enough. Even though I don’t consider myself a hardcore shredder at all, I now prefer MTBing with goggles over glasses as they stay more secure. I use the goggles in combination of ‘Spit’ spray to alleviate any fogging.

   Hasn’t fogged on me yet and the blue chroma lens is perfect for in and out trees. They pair perfectly with the Smith Mainline helmet.

   Just what I expected, super light weight, don’t fog up and they come with clear and tinted lenses. Smith always makes great products, never had an issue with any of them and I own a lot. The delivery came right on time the whole process went well.

   These goggles have an increased contrast thats almost like cheating with the increased detail you see. After a few rides they do occasionally fog up a little at the top on climbs but overall they work well and offer good protection for your eyes.

   I bought this goggle at great price per specifications shown on photos. But did get clear and bag. Not recommended
