First i want to commend the vendor for speedy delivery.. I received it withing the 3-5 day window they advertised. Also, my review will be very limited for now. As i have just received the unit. the battery was a bit smaller than i expected.. But that is ok, as long as it has the wattage it should have.. I pressed the battery status button on the battery when i received it and i think either one LED lit up for a moment and then went out.. So i presume they shipped it with zero level of charger. I am a little concerned about that.. because i have read lithium batteries should not be held at such a low state of charge.. I did measure the voltage and it indicated there was 49 volts of charge in the battery. Sadly, the USB did not produce any change when i plugged in my iphone charging cable with my iphone attached. my iphone showed there was no charge. This was concerning. Later when i pluged the battery charger into the battery and began charging the ibike battery. I noticed the USB charger was producing a charge to the iphone.. and when i would unblug the battery charger from the ebike battery it would stop.. THis is leading me to believe the wiring of the USB charger was mis wired. I contacted the vendor for help to sort this out. I had bought hte battery so i could charge usb devices while out and about using the battery. I will update this review once i have received a response fromthe vendor and the issue is resolved. I ordered the 48v 13ah battery they sell.I dont have anything else to add yet. I have not yet plluged it into my ebike and tested it on a ride. and see how well it works for me. I have high hopes that the usb charging port problem will get resolved. The manual they provide does not appear to mention the USB charging port and explain the specs on it. such as voltage output and amperage output or total capacity , how much total juice that usb port can put out on a fully charged battery.8/24/20 update: I have been in email correspondence with reps at Unit Pack Power.. trying to sort out why i was not getting any power to the USB port. My oringianl review that there is no reference to USB port on how it works and how to make it work is not in the manual (perhaps the vendor will add this to the manual in an update) I got an email, apparently form soneone in China, providingme with some answers to my question on the UBB port and how to turn it on and off. Apparently you need to swicht the battey in “on” position tnot only turn the battery output, but also the USB Port. the USB port produces about 1amp of poer and about 13000mAh.s according to the customer support at the china center for the factory. I agreed to increase my star level to 4 stars for now.. I still need to test the battery some to get a better sense of the quality of the battery. . I think the manual needs more work. The customer service, although very quick to respond, was not very good with resolution of the problem . they offereed to send me a replacement battery then later wanted me to remove the negative rating. I can understand them wanting me to provide or to recieve high ratings. And i am very willing to give high ratings if i feel they are warranted. The battery is very new looking and immaculate .. no scratches or anything. it appears they took good gacre to keep the battery prestine. they provided a slick compact charger and some addicgtional cables for conecting to my ebike. The manual had decent size print.. but i coudn’t find any reference tothe USB port and how it works and the specs on it.. I am not sure what happenned.. but instead of the battery being delivered to my door it was left down at bottom of stairs. And strangely. my notification from amazon said someone had signed for it. I had not authorised anyone to sign for it and no one from my home was there to sign for it. THis alarmed me and then also it being left at bottom of stairs unattended and not by my front door concerned me. I don’t know what happenned to cause that. I will update this review as i get a chance to propertly test the function of the battery on my ebike.. probably in the next week or so

I own Ariel rider d class e bike. Its a dual motor single battery e bike that is a total bad ass. Since I have gotten the bike, the car has been parked, about 3 years so far. I use it for 80 percent of trips. The standard battery lacks the range that I needed for long trips. I decided to upgrade to a second battery with the help of a battery blender.Pros: 1) Range, easily added 20 -30 miles to the range of 20 I had. 2) Did not add too much torque. I was afraid popping unexpected wheelies. I did add quiet power when you need it like no hill is too big. 3) Although I like the lines of the bike, I did add a kinda cool factor. like hey this is bad ass.Cons: 1) The battery was installed on the slant bar towards the top, which added weight to the bike making it slightly more top heavy. After a couple of rides, Ive adjusted and don’t even notice it any more. Also the battery plate installs to the water bottle holes. The problem is the plate has three holes and the predrilled holes only two. I am using custom Velcro as an added safety measure to make sure the battery doesn’t fall off some how. So far it hasn’t budged 2) install was a slight pain as my older bike had bullet connectors instead of xt60, which the battery blender and new battery used. I used solder and seal connectors and a heat gun to easily give a water tight connection to a xt60 plug. worked like a charm. 3) cost. the battery and the battery blender, plus the extras almost cost as much as a new cheap 250 watt e bike sold here on amazon, or Ariel also has an upgraded version with double battery and double engine, plus full suspension for less than what Ive spent so far. Wasn’t available at the time of purchase. What ever the cost, every time I ride and save on gas, which is 5 dollars a gallon right now, what ever i spent on th e bike, its worth it. Hey did the dark knight complain when the tumbler exploded and the bat pod popped out? I got the bike i needed and also the bike i deserved with this upgrade.

Needed a low profile battery to fit into Sue’s path bike I was converting to an e-bike . An old spare battery I had just didn’t fit into the frame, it was too tall. With a lower height, the new battery easily fit into the bike with room to spare. We easily get over 35 miles riding local bike paths. The Tesla cells charge well and delivers the range we were looking for.

Bought this battery (36V 15Ah 0-700W) for my bike that I installed an electric bike kit on. Charged it and went for an 11 mile ride and the battery still shows a full charge. I thought it would have drained the battery at least 20% or more since I used it a good bit especially climbing a few hills. Works better then I expected. Happy with the purchase so far.

so far so good/ None of the connections were good for my prodeco tech though. I ordered the bullet connection adapter and was the wrong size. I ended up splicing the connections with butt connectors(2 places) and leaving the connectorr from the battery intact. Seems to work well so far, but I”m just a day in. Has a lot of power gets me to 24mph without peddling, original battery about 21mph. THe mount is a little tricky at first, but you just slide the battery forward on the mount

I’ve rode 20+ miles on a charge with this battery without getting below 3 bars. It will fare much better if you’re riding at 15-20mph rather than full speed. They didn’t include much mounting hardware but bolting it to my frame ended up being a pretty simple process. It’s important to note that if you have a 1000w motor, even though it is rated for it, the BMS occasionally cuts the power for a second or two when you go full throttle because it draws too much current. Dialing back your controller’s current limiter fixes this, and I’ve had no issues since.

it gave my bafang motor the extra Torq to get up the hills
