   I got these for my new mountain bike and love them. They stay on the grip pedals really well and are super comfortable. Highly recommended.

   You can size down a half size if you want them a little snug fitting. They aren’t too snug where they are uncomfortable. I can wear them comfortably and my toe barely touches the front of the shoe while wearing normal thickness MTB socks. Even on rides I’m not slipping around in the shoe. I also ordered my usual size for winter when I will be wearing thicker socks. These shoes go perfectly paired with pin pedals (I personally use raceface Chester pedals). They stick to each other like glue.

   I’ve always used my running shoes to bike, which I knew wasn’t the most optimal but I assumed all biking shoes were clip in. Spoke to a bicyclist from Colorado recently and he informed me that he prefers non clip in biking shoes, stiffer soles and eliminates eating dirt or gravel when you can’t unclip, or forget in a panicked situation. So, in my research I found these, and decided for the price, they were way worth trying.These are wide in the toe box and more roomy than my normal shoes, and they are more stiff in general all around, especially the sole. My foot is not bending over the pedal. So much more comfortable. My arches pay the price on a long bike ride with my norm shoes , which in turn hurts my run. I’m not quite convinced they’re more grippy than normal shoes but I’ve only used them once. I do feel like I might need a slightly thicker sock and one that comes a little higher than my running socks. Overall, such a great buy.

   Great show for the price I’m a new rider and they are holding up for comfort level. They are stiff as they should be. No slip of the pedal and no blisters!
