The Militia Boot from DVS Shoes is a rugged boot designed to withstand the elements. The reinforced Trubuck upper, moisture wicking Dri-Lex lining and gusseted tongue, provide warmth and water resistant protection from the elements. This super tough outsole is a cold weather rated rubber double cup sole construction with grip texture tread and cut EVA shank . The Militia Boot also comes equipped with our Vaporcell+ molded footbed that keep things comfortable, even in the cold.

These are the only type of shoe I wear. I work construction and find these to be far superior to work boots. They slip on and off easily when going into client’s homes. yet provide enough ankle support without being fully laced. They last so long that I wear out the tread before any of the stitching or canvas gets destroyed. Work boots are probably only OSHA approved, but I find these easer to feel ladder and footing and are far lighter on the knees after a 10hr day. I’m almost 40 years old and they may look odd, but they are honestly the best thing I have ever had on my feet. Other people I have worked with on sites have switched and offer the same praise. Even to throw them on to go to the garage, they are convenient.

I’ve been wearing DVS since the late 90’s and for the most part I love them. This pair of shoes is probably my favorite ever. Super comfortable straight out of the box. Super durable. I get compliments on them all the time and a few friends have even considered buying a pair for themselves. I’m thinking about buying another pair right now. These shoes are AWESOME! I LOVE THEM!

Been wearing the Militia snow boots for years. This is my second pair of brown ones. I live in the Pacific Northwest and these keep me going in the rainy winters. I’ll keep buying as long as they keep selling.

Very good padding and support inside show. Make sure to lace up shoes for proper fitting. I thought they were going to be to small but then once they were laced it fit perfect! Thanks!
