Very easy to install. I decided that the caps should be inserted (pressed) with some carbon paste so it will be better attached to the frame. Will probably be difficult to get the headset caps out someday. the inside got a nice thin layer of grease to avoide moisture and to allow easy movement. crown race can be installed upsidedown. pay attention to the manual or consult a YouTube proffetional video.

This is the 2nd Cane Creek kit I got to upgrade the head set, first my Niner Air 9 and Now my Commencal Meta. A definite improvement over the stock headset that came on the bike
