I’ve had these panniers on my bike for about two weeks. First the panniers have the ability to hold a lot of gear. The only problem is that two weeks in and one of the clips that holds the bag on my rack broke and I had nothing in the bag. Not really happy with that for the price of these panniers. Should last longer than two weeks. Tried to reach out to customer service and got no response. Probably going to look for better quality for the price panniers somewhere else

I bought these panniers for a multi day bike-packing trip. I had the hardest time finding panniers that were large enough, and good enough quality to not be a liability by failing out on some desolate trail. I tried ordering online, and visiting outdoor stores. I was about to give up when I ordered these. As soon as they arrived I knew these would work. They were obviously better constructed than the other crap I had ordered online. They are intuitive to use. If you’ve ever used a roll top dry sack, same-same. The clips that mount to the bikes rear rack are very easy to use. You can get them on or off in just a few seconds. I packed a ton of stuff into them and they handled the weight well. Since they roll down, you can roll them pretty small if you’re not carrying a lot. They carried very well on the bike too. There was no slapping about or interfering with the rear wheel. They made it through the trip flawlessly, and still look brand new (almost).So why 4.5 and not 5 stars? On the back of each pannier is a carrying strap. It’s basically nylon webbing that runs through a rubber tube (so it’s easier on your hands to carry fully loaded), then through a buckle, then stitched back on itself. On one of the panniers, that stitching broke, therefore the carry handle broke. I was able to run the strap back through the buckle and tie it into a knot after discarding the rubber tube. It works fine. It was a quality control issue with the stitching however. It only gets a .5 of a star ding because the carry handles are not necessary in the first place, in my opinion.I have not yet used these panniers for grocery runs, but I don’t doubt they would be fine in that capacity. These also seem like they’d be great for bike commuters. It did not rain on my trip, so I cannot review how water proof they are, but they look like every other rubberized dry sack I’ve ever used so I suspect they work great.I look forward to years of use with these bags. Not a bad price either. Recommended.

I use this for groceries and to bring cigarettes and stuff to the bar when I go see rock shows. Rock and Roll baby! I love my yellow bag and I love my silly ebike!

I loaded 2 gallons of water to bring out to a remote camp I was going to 9 miles from a road and the rivet came out of the lower clip.The warranty card says it is guaranteed for the first 30 days after purchase but I didn’t get around to using them for 2 months.The mfg website is says this “NapiΕ‘te nΓ‘m / Contact usATTENTIONΒ – If you bought the Rockbros product, for example, onΒ Amazon, Ebay, Wish, etc., you must claim it there, not here.Β Questions of this kind will not be considered – will not be answered!”Amazon says contact the mfgLooks like it’s tough luck for me
