   Our 6.5 yo grandson needed a new helmet. So he sat on my lap & we looked at Amazon to see what they had. He was telling me he hoped they had one w/flames on it. Well when he saw it he was done looking. Fortunately it was available in his size. We ordered it Mon or Tues & said we would have it Thursday. He was so excited bc that was only 2 days away. It did come Thurs but he wasn’t here. I didn’t open as it was his & I saved it for him to open. His older sisters brought him up this evening & when I showed him the box he got all excited. When he put it on it was to tight & boy was he ever disappointed. I looked at it & it has a loosening/tightening wheel in the back. Once I gave it a couple turns it was perfect & out the door he went to get his bike & take off. We live on a farm & much of the area is either concrete or blacktop so he has plenty of space to ride. He loves his the black w/flaming streaks. He had to ask each one of us “did we like his new helmet?” It is a nice, snug fit.

   My great grandson loves his helmet. I ordered for his birthday. He loved it so much he would not let his Mom take the tags off before he put it on. He is 2 years old and it fit him perfectly. He is a big boy for his age. I did have them measure his head before I ordered it. It was 20 inches. Love the dial to increase the size as he grows. I received before the scheduled delivery date. I am very pleased.

   Great helmet and this probably won’t be an issue for most. I ride with my son on my bike and this helmet has a very sharp back to it. Doesn’t feel great when he hits my throat with it. If your kid wont be in striking range of your throat when riding then this helmet is great ?.

   My son fell off his balance bike going down a hill and an er visit later I’m looking for the best helmets there are. Thank goodness he was wearing a helmet because his head was not injured but he had road rash on his face. after you get in any sort of accident where your helmet hits pavement you need to get a new one, whether you can see the damage or not. There isn’t really anything particularly wrong with this helmet but my son is between 2 measurements. He’s 4 and is between the 5-8 child and 8-12 youth. The child measurement would give him about .5 inches whereas the youth would have been deemed too big. And with helmets you need them to fit correctly to work, so I got the child size. However, this helmet would not be safe for use. According to cpsc you should only be able to fit 1 finger between the top of your eyebrow and the helmet. I can fit 3. I’m going to return it and get the bigger size and go from there but as is the sizing is off.

   I bought this for my 2 year old grandson to use with his new scooter. It fits perfectly and will until age 4 maybe 5. He loves it except he gets SO SWEATY under it not much air circulation. Colors are great along with the design. I bought 2 of them one for each of the twins both operate the same

   This is one of the first helmets my daughter doesnot ask to take off. It is adjustable and makes it easy to find the perfect fit for the child’s head.
