This may be premature, but this is the 1st tire I’ve ever gotten to mount up without using compressed air/co2. It seems to be a good compromise so far, not too heavy, not too thin that it will tear easily.

Use for race training/race day only tire setup with Ardent Race 2.35 front and Aspen 2.25 in the rear. Tire rolls awesome, feels faster than my trusted Ikons. Does well on hardpack, loose over hard in dry conditions. Corners loose but controllable. A bit scary in wet. Only will be using these on dry race days.

Great tire so far. Only have 3, 3 hour rides on it. Easy to mount. Got it to replace the Stanβs Raven. Stanβs sidewalls are too thin for where I ride.

Good traction and seals even without stans.

Fast rolling but somewhat of a delicate tire. Have to give up durability for weight. Good for xc, but overall would go with a more burly tire
The Coil Mechanic –
This tire will slip a bit/lose traction on inclines small or big on packed and loose dirt trails. A dozen rides on this model for the rear and hate that they do this. Upgrading to something with more bite.
