Used to lock the diaper bag to the stroller when we went to Disney World. You aren’t allowed to lock strollers to any permanent fixtures there in case cast members have to move them, but it was so wonderful to have this to at least lock my bag to the stroller to prevent easy theft. Sure, someone could just walk off with the stroller or rummage through the bag to find something fun to take, but at least no one could just grab my back and try to walk off discreetly. The length was perfect to wrap through the bag handle and completely around the back legs of the stroller and the dials were easy to operate. I did use a metallic sharpie to mark over the little indicator where you have to line up the numbers because it was hard to see, but if you aren’t going to be using it for your diaper bag on your stroller at Disney World surrounded by thousands of people with two young kids in tow, that probably won’t be necessary.

Works like a bike lock. HEADS UP: if you plan to use this as a stroller lock at Disneyland, you CANT. I attempted to take this into Disneyland and security found it when searching through my Diaper Bag (it was hiding in the bottom) Apparently itβs against park policy to use bike locks on strollers and if they see any they will cut them. Just rent a stroller or take a $15 umbrella stroller from Burlington/Ross/Etc. if youβre concerned. It kinda sucks to worry about stroller theft but if you donβt leave your valuables in your stroller you should be fine. Also, put a big balloon on the stroller so itβs more noticeable and easy to find if itβs moved.

I live in a low theft area…I use it at the beach…itβs just gives u a piece of mind…..I wouldnβt recommend in high theft areas, all u have to do is clip it with wire cutters, thatβs clear just by looking at it in the pic. All the negative reviews? But u gotta know this itβs common sense ! It serves its purpose for me.

Easy to operate & sturdy.

I like the locks ease of use. The code was very simple to set to my code numbers. The only thing I didn’t like was how stiff the cord was. It was difficult to uncoil it to wrap around a post.

Good quiality. Dial spins easily. Cable solid but ridgid when you use to lock your bike. Mechanism for setting combo was not as good as I expected from a big name company like Schwinn. All in all- good product but other options have worked better- other products had more flexible cables and better quality for setting combo. Regardless- it was pink and works well.

I was looking for a bike lock for my 7 year old child, and I wanted something simple, strong, and not too cumbersome. This Schwinn lock met all my needs. It’s strong and durable and the rotating 4-digit combination lock mechanism is easy to manipulate. Within a few minutes of opening the packaging, we were good to go with a personalized combination code. The “key” mechanism is well-made (allowing the key to insert into the lock smoothly) and feels like it will survive many years of repeated openings/closings. Great job, Schwinn!
