How ironic! Today I I received an email asking me to review this product. Itβs ironic because earlier today my Nine-year-old son fell off a bike attempting to perform a bike trick. I personally would like to thank mongoose for creating an awesome product and keeping my son safe today. When my son fell today, the helmet did everything it was supposed to do. My son fell, tumbled around, and the helmet stayed in place without shifting around or coming off his head. Thank you Mongoose.

Grandson loves this helmet. Looks more grown up (like a βskater dudeβ) and the fitting on the back that tightens it down on the head works great to keep it from tilting like most bike helmets tend to do. My grandson is size of average 9 year old and has thick curly hair- it is the correct size for him. Also comesWith extra pads to assist with sizing.
